The Bathurst Writers' Group meet at the Bathurst Library on the first Saturday of each month.  The meetings start a 2:00pm and run until 5:00pm.  The meetings are run with a very relaxed format which often includes sharing news and tips about writing, talking about works members are currently writing and reading short excerpts of works-in-progress to obtain feedback from other writers. We have started doing short writing exercises during the meeting and share news on upcoming writing opportunities, contests and workshops.

The group has run a numbers of talks, including "Different Methods of Self-Publishing" and a workshop titled, "Mining Your Life Writers' Workshop - Using personal material as a basis for your writing."

Members of the Bathurst Writers' Group have a diverse range of interests and writing styles. Please, come along and join us.
